appNeura’s integration with the Freshdesk dashboard forms a formidable combination of speed and ease for Customer Service Managers- It helps them track issues in real time and raise tickets instantly.
The integration adds a tab inside the appNeura dashboard which leads to the Fresh Desk engine. Once this tab is clicked, users can see the ticket, understand what’s happening, what kind of issues at what rate are occurring and how many users are affected in real time. As the tickets for various issues resolve Apdex score on the appNeura dashboard improves (Apdex score is an appNeura feature that represents the overall health of an application).
The appNeura and Freshdesk integration enables the user with the ability to raise tickets and keep track of the statuses of the raised tickets directly from the appNeura dashboard. On one click, entire details of the issues can be seen. There is also an option to unlink an issue if required.
To add the integration user needs to add the domain url of the freshdesk account and the api
key for REST api access in the settings page of the appNeura dashboard, after which the
ticket generating the dropdown will show up in the error pages and crash pages within
