The Freshdesk integration with Chatnox lets customer to initiate a chat and enables you to create new Freshdesk ticket during a live chat from Chatnox.
The Freshdesk integration with Chatnox will fetch existing tickets from your Freshdesk helpdesk system automatically every time a visitor on your website request a chat with you.
Follow these steps to integrate Chatnox Live Chat with Freshdesk Helpdesk:
1. Login to your Freshdesk account and in your Profile menu, look for the API key. You can copy this and keep it handy for the

pop-up box to enter your Freshdesk domain access URL and your Freshdesk API key that you copied earlier from your

4. To test your integration, initiate a test chat, in the operator Chat interface, the Freshdesk Icon will be visible on the Chat
window. You will also notice a Freshdesk Info box in the message window that will show you a list of tickets that are
