You can follow these steps to activate your Freshdesk integration and create tickets for each one of your calls.
1. Login to your Freshdesk account.
Note your Domain URL, eg: https://myaccount.freshdesk.com.
2. Go to “Profile Settings”.
3. Find your “API key”.
4. Copy your “API key”
1. Login to your Justcall account.
2. Go to the Sidebar and click on “Tools” and then “Integrations”.
3. Click on the “Add” button in front of “Freshdesk Integration Listing”.
4. Enter the copied “API key” and your Freshdesk URL in the prompted panel.
5. Hit “Save”.
You have now integrated your Freshdesk account with Justcall.
