1. Locate your Freshdesk support email address under Admin > Email.
2a (Forwarding support emails as tickets to Freshdesk) Log into the LiveChat account and navigate to INSTALLATION > Email > Custom email forwarding. Enter the email address and click SAVE CHANGES.
2b (Logging chat transcripts as tickets in Freshdesk) Within the LiveChat admin panel, navigate to CHAT SETTINGS > Archives forwarding and provide the support email. To finalize hit SAVE CHANGES.
