1. Log in to your SmatBot account and open your bot.
2. Go to access chats -> CRM integration section
3. Select Freshdesk from the listed CRM’s and click on “Connect your Account”.
4. Give your Freshdesk domain name and the generated API key from your profile settings in Freshdesk and click Continue.
5. Select the action “Create New Ticket” or “Create New Contact” based on your requirement.
6. Fill the fields with bot questions in the dashboard to assign values into your Freshdesk tickets or contacts.
7. Select the condition to trigger the integration and push data to your CRM.
