This app lets you view all the secondary assets that are linked to a ticket in a pop-up window
Agents can view the linked assets' relationship with the primary asset without visiting the Asset Detail page.
After the app is installed, an agent can access the above information in a dashboard that can be accessed from either the Ticket Details or Change Ticket Details page. In addition to the identity of the assets, their business impact (low or high) is also displayed on the dashboard.
1. Enter your Freshservice URL
2. Enter admin API Key.
3. Hit Install.
