Freshworks is proud to present Career ReStart, a return-to-work program for women who have been on a career break for more than a year.

With Career ReStart we’re taking the idea of offering career opportunities beyond interviews that lead to offer letters. The program by Freshworks, seeks to enable women talent to blend in seamlessly. How? By making this a holistic intervention packing in workshops, coaching, and mentorship avenues.

Interview preparation workshop

The first step for all applicants, focused on confidence-building and  competency-based training - to help prepare for the interviews and thus, setting them up for success!

16-week developmental plan

Candidates who make the cut in the interview to be taken through a  development-oriented program, structured over a duration of 16 weeks - including competency development, on-the-job training, and mentoring.
