Our much loved 24x5 chat support on Freshdesk will now only be available on Estate and Garden plans. This tough decision will help us accommodate more requests from high-value customers as we bank on our Customer for Life motto.
Downgrade policy change
Our policy around product subscriptions has been updated. The key change to the policy indicates that new customers will no longer be allowed to downgrade their subscription during the middle of the term. The policy is in effect from 25th November 2019.
Existing Customers can still enjoy the benefits of downgrading/canceling their plan mid-term even after the policy change.

Omnichannel Customer Timeline
Struggling with context? Worry no more as ‘Omnichannel Customer Timeline’ will help your customers have just the right amount of context everytime they view a contact. The contacts page will now feature in-detail events of every interaction the customer has with a business. This quick glance feature will allow agents to understand everything about a ticket as soon as it enters the helpdesk.

In another news, the Channel Marketing team was awarded the prestigious “Avengers” award at Freshworks Emmys for exceptional execution of Customer First Confluencia in Brazil. The virtual summit garnered the attention of over 5000 attendees and was held in September 2019. This laid strong foundations with potential industry influencers in the region and we’re looking forward to bring out more of these virtual summits in the future.
