Freshworks Recognized In Gartner’s Magic Quadrant For Sales Force Automation 2020

Freshworks has been recognized for the second year running by Gartner, a global research firm, and has moved further on the completeness of vision axis on the Magic Quadrant with respect to last year’s position.

Gartner releases an annual quadrant that positions the key sales force automation software vendors based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision. It is a great blueprint to make well-informed choices on CRMs that perform, not just promise.

Gartner’s Evaluation Criteria

Gartner evaluates vendors on two broad criteria – ‘Ability to Execute’ and ‘Completeness of Vision’. You can take a look at the full Quadrant through a link to the report below.

While ROI of CRMs Is Questioned, Freshworks Delivers

Freshworks has been placed forward in its “Completeness of Vision” with respect to last year’s position, and is featured as a “Niche Player”. In the present scenario, the value of a CRM is being closely scrutinized by businesses, be it for supporting a primarily remote sales force, managing churn, personalizing selling, or for automating repeatable sales activities.

Freshworks’ vision is to create ‘Customers for Life’ by offering industry-pioneering user experiences that are simple and intuitive. We feel this position on the Magic Quadrant reinforces our journey towards that vision.

A Year of Fresh Sales Capabilities

Over the past year, Freshworks launched a host of features including custom modules for industry-specific selling, creating deal teams for closer collaboration, field permissions for business data sensitivity, and AI capabilities – calendar event suggestions & out-of-office detection.
