Mark Howson Bio:
Mark Howson is Head of Product and Global Operations at Airfi Networks, an Internet of Things company that works alongside brands like TUMI and operators like Telefónica and AT&T to provide managed services for connected devices, and is building a new billing platform for recurring revenue businesses. Mark has close to a decade of Customer Service Management experience gained at companies like TalkTalk, Tesco and Telefónica.
