Kjetil Helliesen lives in Norway and works with performance development, where he helps individuals and businesses fulfill their potentials. He started his career in the Norwegian armed forces before he moved on to hold leading positions in several companies. In 2013 he started working as a coach and mentor for entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses. With over 25 years of experience, he wanted to give back and help others find their place in the world of marketing and business. Since 2013 he has helped developed and start businesses for others as well as started several on his own. The latest addition to his resume is a collaboration with Dr. Maria Mjaaland Sele, a Ph.D. in Philosophy. Together they have created the company “Making Minds Move”. “Making Minds Move” wants to highlight the value of philosophical thinking, methodology and problem-solving approaches when it comes to business development. Where the main focus is to aid reasonable thinking, practice logic and becomes aware of the powerful tools offered by the mind.
