Every year, we celebrate Customer Service Week by looking at our metrics. But this year has been different, so we wanted to celebrate a little differently. 

This year, we want to celebrate the resilience of every single customer service agent who’s had to adapt to new circumstances, who continues to serve and delight customers, all while supporting their teammates as well. Most importantly, we want to understand, what more can we do - as agents, as leaders, and as organizations - to improve our service agent's quality of life and help them cope with these stressful times?
