Freshsales Introduces Sales Activity Reports

We’ve added yet another functionality to Freshsales that has been on the wish list of many sales managers — Activity reporting based on Emails, Phone Calls, Tasks and Appointments.

Freshsales has always had Deal Reports to track traditional revenue metrics. But, given the increasing importance of activity-based selling these days, we wanted to make it possible for our customers to track their team’s activities with the click of a button. Freshsales now provides you with 4 out-of-the-box reports to view the Emails, Phone Calls, Tasks and Appointments associated with your team members, and these reports are completely customisable as well.

Here is a list of the out-of-the-box reports that are provided in Freshsales:

Email Activity Report: This gives you a view of the number of emails sent by each of your sales agents. It also gives you a break up of how many of those emails were Opened, Clicked, or Replied to.

Phone Activity Report: This gives you a view of the number of outgoing calls made by each of your sales agents.

Task Activity Report: This gives you a view of the number of tasks created by each of your sales agents. It also gives you a break up of how many of those tasks are Open or Completed.

Appointment Activity Report: This gives you a view of the number of appointments scheduled by each of your sales agents.

This feature is an enhancement to the existing Custom Reports in our Garden, Estate, and Forest plans. These reports can be exported as a .CSV file. You can also create new reports as per your need.
