Freshsales received a 4.7 out of 5 star average for user satisfaction for its free platform across its 201 user reviews, with 166 coming from small business professionals. Freshsales was named as a top free CRM for having one of the highest user reported satisfaction scores. To qualify for the best free CRM list, the product was required to offer a free plan as well as have one of the ten highest user satisfaction scores.
