When does the Freshworks Affiliate Carnival start?

The Affiliate Carnival starts in August 2021 and goes on until October 31st 2021.

Do I need to register for the Affiliate Carnival?

If you are already a part of the Freshworks Affiliate Program, you're automatically enrolled in the Carnival - no registrations reqired. If you are not a part of the program, please sign up here and you will be eligible to participate in the carnival - https://www.freshworks.com/company/affiliate-partner/affiliate-signup/

What are the types of extra rewards that can be earned during the carnival?

You can earn additional rewards for:

1) New Valid Leads

2) New Paying customers

The additional amount that you earn will depend on which threshold(s) you reach, if any, and will be paid out in October 2021. The affiliate that brings in the most revenue and leads gets to also win the grand prize.

Are there any targets or thresholds to earn additional rewards?

Yes. You will be eligible for additional rewards as you reach a certain threshold in terms of:
1) Number of valid leads brought in
2) Monthly deal value for converted customers
There are various targets and you'll earn a higher bonus as you reach each one. These targets will be communicated to you via email.

What is the grand prize?

If you are one of the affiliates that brings in the most leads and revenue during the festival, you will either be eligible to win an iPhone or various vouchers. Freshworks will, at the end of the festival, audit results for August, September and October and declare the winners. The top affiliate will win an iPhone and the second, third and fourth affiliates will win vouchers.

If I win the grand prize, how will I receive it?

If you are the grand prize winner, we will contact you after the end of the festival. Depending on the country you are currently residing in, we will figure out the best way to send your prize across to you

Do I have to use my referral link to refer a lead/ customer?

Yes. Leads and customers will only be considered if you refer them through your unique referral link. No manual additions will be allowed.

I think I am owed more money in the carnival. What should I do?

The Freshworks audit process for leads and converted customers is final and binding. All terms and conditions of the Freshworks Affiliate Program apply to the carnival as well. https://www.freshworks.com/company/affiliate-partner/terms-and-conditions/

 

 

Payments

How will I know when I've reached one of the lead or revenue targets?

The leads you bring in will be validated on a monthly basis. Once that's done, we'll send you an email letting you know if you've reached the target.

When will I get paid?

All additional rewards earned will be paid out in the billing cycle directly after the end of the festival.
The usual revenue ($5 per valid lead and 15% commission per converted customer for the first year of the life of the customer) will be paid out as per the usual billing cycle.

Are my old leads considered to calculate additional rewards?

No. Only leads that you bring in during the months of August, September and October 2021 will be considered for the additional rewards.

Are my previously converted customers calculated in my total commissions?

No. Only new customers that pay for a Freshworks product between August 1st 2021 and October 31st 2021 will be considered. Upgrades on already existing deals will be NOT be considered.

Webinars, Drop-In Stalls and Fun Days

I can't make it to a webinar or drop-in-stall. Can you reschedule it?

Unfortunately, no. For webinars, we will share the session recordings with you. If you had a specific question you wanted to ask during a drop-in stall, please send it to affiliates@freshworks.com and we will answer it for you.

 

How do I book a slot for a drop-in stall?

Please head over to the Agenda page and register for the drop-in stall you're interested in.
Please note that slots for the drop-in stalls will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis and at Freshworks' discretion.

Do I need to send across review material ahead of the drop-in-stall?

Yes. Our in-house experts will need to review your work ahead of time. A member of the Freshworks affiliate team will reach out and ask for the expert's requirements.

I did not get a confirmation email for the drop-in-stall I registered for. What can I do?

Drop-in stall slots are confirmed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Unfortunately, all the time slots the expert had available have been filled. If you had a specific question you wanted to ask during a drop-in stall, please send it to affiliates@freshworks.com and we will answer it for you.

How do I register for Fun Days?

We will send out emails announcing the various fun days. Please ensure to register there.

 

 

Affiliate Referral Drive

How much can I get paid for an affiliate I refer?

You will be paid 5% commission on any deals the affiliate you refer brings in for the first full year of the life of the customer.

When will I get paid for a affiliate I referred?

As per our usual billing cycle.

What happens if I don't fill out the form?

If you don't fill out the Google Form when an affiliate you refer signs up, we will not be able to attribute any commission from them to you.

What happens if I fill out the form and the person doesn't sign up?

It will be considered an invalid referral.

If I refer the most affiliates, when will I receive my prize?

At the end of the festival.

Do I earn money on the leads of an affiliate I refer?

No. You will not be paid any additional money on leads, only on converted customers.
