The Azure DevOps Freshservice Integrator app enables the agent without leaving their Freshservice interface to Create Work Items, Link Work Items, and Notify Linked Work Items. APP: In the app, we are providing two buttons - New Work Item & Link to WI New Work Item button The Support Agent can select different types of fields like Project, WorkItem Type (like Bug, Feature, Epic, Task, Product Backlog, Issue, or any other Custom Work Item), Area, Description, and Upload files. Based on Freshservice user inputs and selections in the Create new Work Item form, the work item will be created instantly in the Azure DevOps.Based on Freshservice user inputs and selections in the Create new Work Item form, the work item will be created instantly in the Azure DevOps Below is the screenshot for direct work Item creation. Link to WI Button The Link to WI button in the Freshservice-Azure DevOps app allows the support agent to link an existing Azure DevOps Workitem to the current Freshservice ticket. Notify Button: Notify button in Freshservice - The Azure DevOps app allows the support agent to notify all or particular linked Azure DevOps work items. The linked ticket information will be displayed in the comment in the Azure DevOps Work Item. The support agent can also send the files from Freshservice to Azure DevOps while notifying

1. Generate the Freshservice API Key by referring to the following link. https://support.freshservice.com/en/support/solutions/articles/50000000306-where-do-i-find-my-api-key- 2. Generate the Azure DevOps API token by referring to the following link https://support.integratecloud.com/freshservice-azure-devops-connector/azure-dev-ops-vsts-token-creation-step-2-configure-the-app 3. Install the app from the Freshworks Marketplace. 4. Enter the domain name. E.g. if your Freshservice account URL is https://usa.Freshservice.com, the domain name is usa.Freshservice.com. 5. Enter the Freshservice API key as generated in the first step. 6. Enter your Azure DevOps account URL and the token as generated in the second step. 7. Click on validate to validate the app. 8. After the app validated successfully, click on the Install button to install the app.. 9. Go to any of your Freshservice tickets to use the app.
