Streamline your ticket duplication process and enhance agent productivity with our app. With a simple click, clone any ticket up to a maximum of 5 times, saving time and effort. Clone Ticket App allows you to create copies of service requests or incident tickets in Freshservice, including essential details such as title, status, description, agent and requester names, attachments, tasks, and assets. Get cloning, experience faster ticket resolution and improved efficiency.
Limitations:
1. Service requests with mandatory additional items cannot be cloned
2. Only the first item in a service request will be cloned; additional items must be manually added.
3. Conversations (notes, replies, forwards) will not be cloned.
4. Related tickets will not be cloned.
1. Click on the Install button.
2. Enter the Domain name. For example, if the account URL is https://usa.freshservice.com/, the domain name is usa.freshservice.com
3. Enter the Admin API Key. To get your API key, see https://support.freshservice.com/en/support/solutions/articles/50000000306-where-do-i-find-my-api-key-
4. Set the requester of the cloned ticket.
5. Click on the Install button.
