On Freshsales:
- Login to your Freshsales account.
- Note your Domain URL, eg: https://myaccount.freshdesk.com.
- Go to your Profile icon on the top right corner and click on it. In the drop-down menu, click on ‘Profile Settings’.
- Click on the API Settings in the menu and copy your ‘API key’.
On JustCall:
- Login to your JustCall account.
- Head Over to Integrations in the side bar.
- Click on +Integrate button next to Freshsales in the list.
- Enter the copied “API key” and your Freshsales URL in the prompted panel.
- Hit 'Save'
