Integration Rafiki with Freshsales Suite is done by the Freshworks admin for the entire organization.
Login to the Rafiki APP at https://app.getrafiki.ai/
Step 1: Click on the 'Settings' icon.
Step 2: Click on the 'Integrations' tab.
Step 3: Click on the 'Add Integration' button under Freshsales Suite.
Step 4: Enter the Freshworks Admin user's API Key and Freshworks domain URL.
Step-5: Click on Authorize to complete the integration
