1. Login to the CRM as an Administrator.
2. Go to Admin Settings > Marketplace Apps.
3. Search for Segment and click Install.
4. Click on ""Connect to Segment""
5. A new tab will open and ask you to enter Segment login credentials.
6. Choose the appropriate Workspace and Source that you would like to integrate with the CRM.
7. All activities related to your contact are updated in the activity timeline on the corresponding contact’s detail page.
