Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate and use the Teamwork Connector app.
1. Start installation:
- Click Install to open the app configuration page.
2. Validate Freshservice credentials:
- The first tab on the Configuration page is for validating Freshservice credentials.
- The Domain URL and API key fields are auto-populated. Ensure that your Freshservice API Key is enabled before initiating the installation.
3. Configure Teamwork settings:
- After the Freshservice connection is validated, the next step is to configure Teamwork Connector settings.
- Enter your Helpdesk and API key details to connect your Teamwork account.
4. Activate Alerts:
- After Teamwork connection is successful, the next step is to activate alerts.
- Enable Alerts and add recipient email IDs to receive email notifications on any errors that are detected within the configured recipes.
5. Complete installation:
- After all the details are validated, click Install to complete the installation.
