His focus aligns directly with the company’s strategic priorities: moving upmarket, expanding momentum in Employee Experience (EX), and activating Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships to extend reach into enterprise accounts.

Payal is a Sr. Director, Solution Engineering, who oversees the Americas (NA & LATAM) solutions engineering team. Her team provides innovative solutions for customers, leveraging the Freshworks platform. She helps build high-performing teams, align with GTM sales strategies, and partner with sales and product leaders to help accelerate and drive company growth.

Matt Sorenson runs Channel Sales and Partnerships for the Americas at Freshworks, focused on driving customer acquisition, growth, and service from a best-in-class ecosystem of partners. He’s passionate about bringing unique solutions to market and fostering strategic partnerships that align with the goals of Freshworks. Marcelo Borges Albuquerque is Head of Strategic Alliances & Partners for Latin America at Freshworks, where he leads the company's strategic partner ecosystem, driving business growth and supporting organizations on their digital transformation journey through Artificial Intelligence (AI), Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), and IT Service Management (ITSM).

Marco is the Head of Customer Experience Channels for the Americas at Freshworks, leading the partner strategy in North America and Latin America. He works on developing strategic partnerships, creating new business opportunities, and aligning with sales teams to accelerate company growth. With experience in channels and market expansion, Marco has built his career developing partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies across different countries in the Americas.
