This app lets you export everything that you have about a customer in the helpdesk. This includes:
-Profile: All customer information available in default and custom fields
-Tickets: Tickets raised by the customer and conversations within those tickets
-Forums: Topics created by the customer and contributions
-Satisfaction ratings provided by the customer
To export the customer’s profile:
1) Navigate to the customer’s profile
2)Expand the 'Export' tab on the sidebar
3)Click on 'Download CSV
