Email Transcript allows your agents in Freshchat to send conversation transcripts to your customers with the click of a button.
This is a handy tool to have when your customer asks for the conversation to be sent as an email.
It saves time and keeps your customers happy.
To install the app, you will need to enter the Freshchat API Token, which is found in Freshchat Settings -> API Token.
To use your app:
You can find the Email Transcript button below the conversation editor in Inbox.
Click the button and then click Confirm.
