After installing the app and connecting it to your Telegram bot, any messages that your customers send to the bot will be related to your Freshchat account. The app will create new user profiles in Freshchat for each of your customers upon their first interaction with the bot; after that, the message history will be maintained in a single chat in Freshchat. File transfer is also supported both from and to Telegram. To install the app, please refer to the instructional video found on the app’s website.
