Prodoscore’s Freshdesk integration allows users of both applications to visualize Freshdesk activity within Prodoscore. Prodoscore integrates with your company’s Freshdesk implementation. Each team member’s productivity score for the day will include time utilizing Freshdesk. Once connected, you can go to an employee’s page to view insights and details regarding Tickets, Notes and Emails produced while using Freshdesk and you can drill into the detail of each activity as well.
