This integration allows teams to easily access contacts and deal information from Hubspot CRM within Freshcaller through the Hubspot CRM app.
Once installed, agents can perform the following tasks without leaving Freshcaller:
* Access Hubspot CRM contacts, companies, and deals
* View deals associated with a contact
* View contact lists associated with a contact
After the call ends, the app will create a task under the contact in Hubspot based on the configuration made on the settings page.

After clicking on the install of the “Hubspot CRM” app, you will be redirected to the Hubspot page where you need to authenticate with your Hubspot account.
Once you are successfully authenticated with your Hubspot account, you will be redirected to the Freshcaller settings page.
After this, you have to enter Freshcaller credentials and validate, then you will be able to configure the settings of the app and click Save the configuration to save the settings and click install to add the app to your Freshcaller account.
You are now good to go!
