Data sync from Insightly to Freshdesk:

2. Run automation on Freshdesk tickets using Insightly information.
Data sync from Freshdesk to Insightly:
1. Keep the sales team in sync with data from Freshdesk
2. Run reports on Insightly using data from Freshdesk tickets.

Installation Steps
1. Install the App:
- Go to Admin → Apps in Freshdesk and search for ‘Insightly CRM Connector App’.
- Click on Install and connect your Freshdesk account.
2. Connect Freshdesk:
Note: You need to have Account admin access on Freshdesk to install the app
- Enter your Freshdesk domain (format: `yourcompany.freshdesk.com`).
- Enter an admin Freshdesk API key:
- Find it under Profile Settings > View API key.
- Complete captcha verification to retrieve the key.
- Select the agents who will have access to the Insightly CRM configuration
- Click 'Install' to complete the setup.
