Overview The Klaviyo Integration app seamlessly connects Freshdesk with the Klaviyo email marketing platform. This integration allows Freshdesk agents and admins to view all email campaigns sent to a particular contact directly within the ticket, streamlining communication and enhancing marketing efforts. Key Features - Campaign Visibility: Fetches and displays Klaviyo campaign data within Freshdesk tickets by matching email IDs between Freshdesk contacts and Klaviyo members. - Campaign Information: Shows both the name and subject of the campaign associated with the contact. - Direct Access: Provides a one-click link to open the campaign directly from Freshdesk for easy access to campaign details. Installation To get started, simply provide your Klaviyo API key during installation to connect your account. Use Case This app enables efficient marketing communication by allowing support agents to see relevant campaign history, ensuring a unified customer experience.
Obtain Your Klaviyo API Key: Log in to your Klaviyo account. Go to Account > Settings > API Keys. Create a new API key or copy an existing one. Install the App: In your Freshdesk account, navigate to the Admin section. Select Apps and search for the Klaviyo Integration app. Click Install. Provide Your Klaviyo API Key: During installation, you will be prompted to enter your Klaviyo API Key. Paste the copied API key from your Klaviyo account. Complete Installation: Click Save to complete the installation process. The app will now fetch campaign data based on matching email IDs and display it in the relevant Freshdesk tickets. Start Using the App: Once installed, you can access Klaviyo campaign details directly from within Freshdesk tickets. The app will show campaign names, subjects, and provide a one-click link to open the campaign in Klaviyo.
