Fantastic integration that enables workflow automations. When a ticket is set to urgent, i fire an automation to the helpdesk. When a request needs approval, they get the notification through the teams automation. You even spin up a new chat from fresh service that links forever to the tool for easy auditing.

Works pretty well for us. I use this to send a message to our Parts team when a user at a location across the highway has a part or consumable ready for pickup. Their parts runner is notified through their dispatch channel and will swing by to pick it up and deliver within a reasonable timeframe. Haven't figured out how to tag the agent or IT staff in the post so if we're making a trip, we can cancel the request on our own through Teams. Having a tag by the agent or the group would mean we have an easy means of locating the post in a noisy channel and could update the message if necessary. Otherwise, it's fine as is.
