1. Make sure your TikTok account is switched to a Business account: https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article/switch-to-tiktok-business-account;
2. Install the app from the FreshWorks marketplace. There is 14 days free trial;
3. Click Install;
4. After installation, open the app settings;
5. Fill in the API token, subdomain, and required fields;
6. Click Save;
7. Click "Connect New Account";
8. Click "Continue with TikTok" and let the pop-up page open in your browser. Then, give the app the required permissions to access your TikTok account;
9. Close the authentication page and complete the form by providing the connected account name, contact e-mail, subject, and tags;
10. Scroll the page down and click the red "Save" button.
If you need to connect another account, switch your TikTok account in the browser and click "Connect New Account" again.
