OpenLM Alerts Integration automates ticket creation in Freshdesk from OpenLM Alerts. On the Freshworks side, it is an application that directs the user to the OpenLM Cloud platform for registration. After registration, the user must enter their Freshworks credentials and other details using the Freshworks Alerts Integration product. This allows the OpenLM integration system to automate OpenLM Alerts into Freshdesk tickets. The alerts' personal data, collected through OpenLM Alerts Integration, is sourced directly from the Amazon SQS Queue, which is integrated with the OpenLM Alerts Service, and processed by AWS Lambda Functions for creating tickets in Freshdesk. The Freshworks credentials' personal data, collected through the OpenLM Freshworks Alerts Integration service, is saved to AWS Secrets Manager and used by AWS Lambda Functions for creating tickets in Freshdesk.
