This app allows you to show the ticket resolve button on the top navigation bar.
- Quick and easy access to resolve button
- Change ticket status to ‘Resolved’ in a single click
1. Log in to your Freshservice portal and go to the Admin tab
2. Go to Apps and click on ‘Get More Apps’ to open up the App Gallery
3. Choose Quick Resolver, simply click on the icon and click ‘Install’
And you are good to go with Quick Resolve app
