Works great - only issue is that a ticket can be resolved without a resolution, even though it is a mandatory field
1. Log in to your Freshservice portal and go to the Admin tab
2. Go to Apps and click on ‘Get More Apps’ to open up the App Gallery
3. Choose Quick Resolver, simply click on the icon and click ‘Install’
And you are good to go with Quick Resolve app
