With the Refiner integration for Freshchat, you can add the surveys that agents send to collect feedback from customers
Steps to Install:
1. Enter your Freshchat Domain and API key. You can get this by navigating to Admin -> API Settings
2. Enter your Refiner API key. You can obtain your personal API key in your Refiner dashboard under Integrations -> Rest API
3. Choose the surveys that your agents need to send from a list of configured surveys from Refiner
