To install the Zoho CRM app in Freshcaller, follow these steps: 1. Click on Install. You will be asked for Zoho CRM's data centre. 2. Click on Continue to integrate Zoho CRM with Freshcaller. Again you will be asked for Zoho CRM’s data centre and also asked to select the contact and lead fields to be displayed. 3. Hit Install.
