Murali Swaminathan is responsible for Freshworks’ technology roadmap and strategy, leading the company’s global engineering and architecture teams. With over 30 years of experience in software engineering, he has held leadership roles at ServiceNow, Recommind (now OpenText), and CA Technologies (now Broadcom), where he delivered scalable, secure solutions that enabled digital transformation and business agility.
Payal Patel
Payal is the Senior Director, Solution Engineering at Freshworks. She oversees the Americas solutions engineering team that provide innovative solutions for customers leveraging the Freshworks platform. A veteran of solution engineering strategies, she builds high-performing teams that align with GTM sales strategies, and partners with sales and product leaders to help accelerate and drive company growth. As President and Co-Founder of Freshworks WISE, she champions the development and advancement of women in solution engineering through impactful programs and community building.
