To install this app, you will need to validate your Freshservice account. ➡ Freshservice Domain: Entire the domain name of your Freshservice account. For example, contosoapp.freshservice.com. ➡ Freshservice API Key: How to find your API Key? 1. Login into your Freshservice account 2. Click on your profile picture on the top right and select 'Profile Settings' 3. In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key 4. Copy-paste this and verify your Freshservice account Verify your Freshservice credentials and click Install.
