Seven years in a row, Martin J. Ernst has conducted a survey about the Danish organisation's use of Business Cases and Benefits Realisation in relation to the implementation of new technology and digitalisation. This survey shows a clear picture of why the Benefits Realisations is not optimal during the post-implementation as well as the digital transformation. Hence, Martin will do a show and tell about the following questions: How mature is the organisations in relation to Benefit Realisations in relations to digitalisation and the implementation of new technology? What are the failures of the Danish organisations in relation to Benefit Realisations? What do the best in class in relation to Benefit Realisations? Are there any trends in relation during the seven years this survey has been performed.
