The real estate market in the U.S. faces big challenges, including fierce competition among a growing number of agents and an uncertain economy. To meet these, realtors are taking measures such as embracing CRM software to close deals faster and boost revenue. 

“Real estate companies are prioritizing efficiency over growth in a challenging economy,” says Mukesh Mirchandani, Freshworks senior VP of global solution engineering, in an article on Destination CRM.

Real estate companies are also deploying CRM solutions to streamline business processes and turning to AI to offload tasks previously handled by agents and employees. “In the coming years, I expect that AI-first experiences will drive the real estate and property management industry forward,” says Mirchandani.
