Konnectify is a team of over 50 individuals based in India and the UK, specializing in developing apps that enhance business productivity, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. They have gained the trust of 100+ companies globally, including Freshworks, Zee5, Tata Nexarc, and more. 

Karthik Veluswamy, the founder and CEO of Konnectify, has always been driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. Despite a successful 18+ years of career in the corporate world, he couldn’t resist the urge to pursue his passion for building innovative solutions. In 2021, he took the leap and launched Konnectify, leveraging his knowledge of Freshworks products and services to create a suite of apps and custom integrations for the Freshworks Marketplace. “I recognized that there was a significant demand for integrations that could help businesses optimize their workflows and processes” – Karthik 

The role of Freshworks partnership in Konnectify’s success

The Freshworks Marketplace allows customers to access third-party free and paid apps and custom integrations for their Freshworks products. As a result, both custom integrations and paid apps have created a lucrative revenue stream for developer partners like Konnectify on the Freshworks Marketplace. 

For Konnectify, the Freshworks Marketplace has been a pivotal source of revenue, especially in the early days.

As Karthik explains, "During the initial days, the Freshworks Marketplace proved to be a pivotal source of revenue, enabling our company to grow and expand its offerings."

According to Karthik, the partnership has also helped Konnectify expand its reach and cater to a wider range of clients. He states, “Being a developer partner with Freshworks has not only given us exposure but also had a significant impact on our brand visibility and customer base.”

Expanding on the support provided for Konnectify

Freshworks has an active and supportive developer community and a diverse array of resources tailored specifically for developers and developer partners. According to Karthik, the Founder, and CEO of Konnectify, the support and resources they received from Freshworks played a critical role in helping them create custom integrations and Paid Apps for the Freshworks Marketplace. “The developer tools and customizable platforms have given us the flexibility to create apps and integrations that meet unique needs,” he said. “We also appreciate their ongoing support and training, which has helped us stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.”

According to Karthik, the Freshworks team played a crucial role in helping them build  apps under the Paid Apps Program for Freshworks Marketplace. As he explains, “The APIs and developer tools streamlined our development process significantly. Additionally, the resources provided as a part of the Paid Apps program, such as the use case repository and guidebook, were immensely helpful. The guidance and support we received from the team also proved to be invaluable. We are grateful for their assistance and look forward to continuing the collaboration with them.”

The Ticket Parsing App is an innovative tool designed to streamline the ticket processing workflow within Freshdesk. With its advanced parsing capabilities, the app can automatically extract relevant information from incoming tickets, such as customer details, issue descriptions, and priority levels. This information is then used to categorize and route the ticket to the appropriate team or agent, ensuring that it is handled quickly and efficiently.

Agent ToDo-Calendar: Keeping Track of Events and Priorities 

Agent ToDo-Calendar app provides a convenient way to create and manage events related to tickets in a single location. Without this app, users would need to manually track their events and their associated tickets, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors. 

Parent Child & Grandchild: Efficient Ticket Management 

Parent Child & Grandchild app streamlines ticket management by establishing associations and relationships between tickets. It allows agents to access related tickets quickly, view the relationship to the parent ticket, and ensure that all team members have access to the same information through automatic note-sharing.
