Freshworks awarded best-software honors
Software review site G2 recognizes IT and CS solutions in 2024 ‘best of’ awards
G2, the popular business software review site, has named Freshworks to several of its 2024 awards lists.
In a proud moment for our kudumba (Tamil for “family”), Freshworks ranked among the top 50 best software companies globally—and second among software companies in India. Founded in 2010 by Girish Mathrubootham in Chennai, Freshworks now has more than 5,000 employees and supports more than 67,000 customers worldwide.
Freshworks’ IT and customer support products also claimed several category “best of” awards, including:
IT management software (Freshservice)
Customer service products (Freshdesk and Freshchat)
Artificial intelligence products (Freshchat)
