Intuitive navigation with a freshly revamped user interface 

With a revamped UI, navigating through the marketplace gallery has never been easier. Our newly redesigned marketplace gallery is crafted to provide a seamless and efficient browsing experience. We now have advanced filters on the left-hand side that enable you to find apps based on both themes and payment modes. For instance, if a marketplace user wants an app that can enhance agent productivity, they can simply add the agent productivity filter and view all relevant options. Additionally, if they prefer to install apps based on the payment mode, they can add a filter for that as well. Moreover, users can now select up to four themes simultaneously.

The gallery view has been refreshed with a modern design and vibrant color theme. Optimal use of space and colors provides a smoother user experience when finding relevant apps. The featured apps section is now more prominent with a carousel view, making it easier for users to find spotlighted apps by Freshworks.

With an intuitive layout and design enhancements, marketplace users can effortlessly find what they are looking for without any hassle. App partners can be assured that their apps will be easily discoverable by marketplace users.

Improved discoverability with personalized recommendations

We understand that finding the right tools and services quickly is crucial. With our improved discoverability features, the marketplace now offers personalized recommendations tailored to our users’ unique needs and preferences. Our advanced algorithms help find the most relevant apps easily, saving time and effort.

In the Recommended Apps section of the marketplace, first-time users see apps that are most relevant based on categories such as industry, region, and more. For returning users who haven’t installed any apps, the recommended section is refreshed with new app recommendations, so they always see new options. For users who have already installed apps, the recommendations are based on categories such as current installs, region, and more. This ensures that the apps we suggest complement the existing setup and help users get the most out of Freshworks products.

With our personalized recommendations, marketplace users can rest assured that they don’t have to scroll through hundreds of apps to find what they need. Relevant apps will be visible in the designated sections based on their usage and preferences.

Elevated search relevancy with a comprehensive search mechanism

Our search mechanism has been upgraded to deliver more accurate and relevant results. With comprehensive search capabilities, marketplace users can now find exactly what they are looking for in no time. They can search for keywords that match the app name and description in the overview section, look for specific use cases addressed by the app, search by the developer or partner name, or find related articles, artifacts, and support resources such as KBs, FAQs, and videos.

Whether a user is looking to solve a specific use case or find an app built by a particular partner, our enhanced search relevancy ensures that the most pertinent results are just a few clicks away.

Greater transparency, with advanced data privacy and security measures

To ensure this information is easily accessible and visible to our customers, our app description page includes a Privacy and Security tab that provides detailed information about data privacy and security measures. Here’s more information on the latest key enhancements in this area:
