Our 10th year has turned out to be extraordinary. Not quite in the way that we had envisioned it. Not entirely. Over the past decade, we had raced past several worthy milestones with our users in the navigator’s seat. We were in our zone, accelerating toward greater achievements, and establishing our reputation on the SaaS Grand Prix. Then the world stopped. Brought to a halt by a malicious and unrelenting mutant.
Fortunately for us and our customers, we were prepared. Without so much as a flinch, we deftly navigated seemingly insurmountable hurdles, taking our customers with us. In our battle against the mutant, we deployed our most powerful tool: Purposeful Empathy. We reaffirmed our commitment to all our stakeholders and to society at large. We rolled out a bunch of resources and doubled down on support, once again proving our worth as a true friend to our customers.
We kept our promise.
Now, as part of our commitment to our customers, we are proud to announce the next edition of our flagship annual user conference, Refresh. In the previous editions, we connected with our customers and partners directly and in-person in New York, London, and Los Angeles. Those were grand successes, conducted at scale and serving to strengthen our community. We had fun.
