OverviewReviews How to install?
The Microsoft Teams app for Freshdesk makes cross-team collaboration effortless and frictionless. With this integration, stay updated on the tickets assigned to you in Freshdesk, quickly share support tasks with any team, and resolve issues faster.
Here’s what you can do in Microsoft Teams after successful Freshdesk integration:
1. Connect Freshdesk and Microsoft Teams accounts in simple steps.
2. Create, view, and update support tickets directly on Microsoft Teams.
3. Get instant alerts from Freshdesk on Microsoft Teams for ticket assignments, customer replies, priority changes, etc.
4. Quickly access customer details, respond to queries, and add private or public notes.
5. Automate ticket workflows based on specific conditions like ticket priority, subject, etc, and instantly notify channels in Microsoft Teams whenever a ticket is created or updated.
6. Connect with teams outside of Freshdesk without switching applications.
To set up the integration, please install the Microsoft Teams app on the Freshdesk marketplace, and also every agent must install the Freshdesk app on Microsoft Teams.

Now I get the message that I am removed from Freshdesk and cannot use the Teams integration....I am the fricking admin of the system.

Randomly stopped pushing new ticket notifications to a Teams channel and support said "I don't know". Nice.

Pretty half-baked, all notes and comments through the integration are left under a specific user rather than the individual leaving the note, so practically useless for agent updates.

Still not great, lie others here I'll keep checking back in the hopes that one day it will work properly and be reliable. Documentation really needs updating, it's pretty terrible. Sticking with web hooks for now.
1. Log in to your Freshdesk portal and go to Admin > Apps.
2. Search for Microsoft Teams.
3. Click on Install, enter your Microsoft Teams credentials, and complete the installation.
4. Once the Microsoft Teams app is installed, make sure every agent adds the Freshdesk app to their Microsoft Teams account.
