Test your skills on various agent-specific areas in Freshdesk and become a certified Freshdesk agent. The test consists of 50 questions on various topics like:
Basics of ticketing
Service Level Agreements
Understanding ticket properties
Agent profile setup
Managing social channels
Managing contact and companies information, and more.
Agents will be given 60 minutes to complete the test and a maximum of 2 attempts to pass the test. We recommend that agents complete the Freshdesk Agent Fundamentals course (available inside Freshworks Academy once you register) before taking this test.
