This app is for those who want to save both money and time while keeping track of their Freshservice environment. The app is currently divided into five different sections, each presenting various data. In the "Agents" section, you can see the total number of agents, and you can use the filter available in the app to view active and inactive agents. In the "Departments" section, the app presents all departments and the number of users per department in a neat graphical diagram. In the "Freshservice Status" section, you can view the current operational status, which is visually represented by different colors depending on the status. In the "Requesters" section, the app presents the number of active and inactive requesters through a graphical diagram. In the "API Rate Limit" section, by selecting an endpoint and clicking the button, you can get a glimpse of how much of your API Rate limit is currently being used. In future versions of the app, we will be adding more unique features.
