1. Navigate to the Admin tab in Freshservice. 2. Under the Helpdesk Productivity section, click on the Apps icon, and search for AnyDesk. This will lead you to the AnyDesk listing page in your Freshservice app. 3. Click on Install. You’ll be redirected to the AnyDesk Configuration page in your Freshservice app. 4. Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, and Organization name that you obtain from your my.anydesk II account to authorize the app with Freshservice. 5. Once installed, the agents will have to authenticate themselves with their my.anydesk II account in the AnyDesk card, when using the AnyDesk app for the first time.
