1. Navigate to Apps in the upper right corner of your Freshdesk instance and select Marketplace Apps. 2. Search for AnyDesk. This will lead you to the AnyDesk listing page. 3. Click Install. You’ll be redirected to the AnyDesk Configuration page. 4. Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, and Organization Name as provided in your my.anydesk II account to authorize the integration. 5. Once installed, each agent must authenticate themselves with their my.anydesk II account when accessing the AnyDesk app for the first time via the AnyDesk card.
