Freshservice integration with Asana Connector enables IT service management teams to associate and sync the tasks, conversations, and attachments in Asana with incidents, service requests, conversations, and attachments in Freshservice, allowing real-time bidirectional updates between both the platforms. This ensures that updates in one application are automatically reflected in the other and vice-versa.
Note: The Asana Connector app is available only for Pro and Enterprise accounts on Freshservice.

Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate and use the Asana Connector app.
1. Start installation:
Click Install to open the app configuration page.
2. Validate Freshservice credentials:
The first tab on the Configuration page is for validating Freshservice credentials.
The Domain URL and API key fields are auto-populated. Ensure that your Freshservice API Key is enabled before initiating the installation.
3. Configure Asana settings:
After the Freshservice connection is validated, the next step is to configure Asana Connector settings.
Connect your Asana account by authenticating your login credentials on the Asana login page.
4. Activate Alerts:
After Asana connection is successful, the next step is to activate alerts.
